After a lot of teasers and a lot of speculation, we finally released Pegascape. A DNS that combines 90DNS and a user-friendly PegaSwitch frontend in an easy-to-use DNS. Anyone who wants to protect themselves from Nintendo servers can use it, but there’s even more.
As many already know, patched switches cannot access Homebrew as the only way to access homebrew (easily) was to use the fusee gelee. However, this has changed with the recent documentation of defects related to “Deja Vu”. These concatenates allow a potential access point up to 7.0.1.
Stuckpixel has quickly made use of it by releasing “nereba”, a currently only 1.0 implementation that allows any payload to be started. This was quickly followed by “Caffeine”, caffeine allows us to start 2.0, 3.0 and more recently, 4.1, which means that IPATCHED switches can now restart in payload. And here comes the big part, you can do it all with a click of a button and without ever installing or starting anything from you.

  • Introducing Nyx v0.8.0
Nyx is the hekate GUI. It contains many features, such as FastFS, emuMMC management, customization, etc.
    See below for more information.
    Support 8.1.0
  • emuMMC support
Supports disabling it via the boot entry (emummc_force_disable = 1), support (not all fw ver support it) and many others.
Works with raw SD partition and SD file based. (The SD file is extremely slow. Please wait FastFS 4 emuMMC).
This version can be securely closed and also supports multiple SD cards than before.
    Thanks to a collaboration with  @ m4xw  ,  @SciresM  ,  @hexkyz  .
  • Supercharged startup times
Even with emuMMC or kip1 patching, it is faster than before.
  • Supercharged Backup / Restore with FastFS (Nyx only)
Backup and restore are now orders of magnitude faster.
Some examples (measured on a U3 SD): No verif: 9min, Sparse: 15min, etc. Even Full hash is extremely faster.
  • External KIP1 patching support Now unimportant patches
reside outside the hekate binary. For now this can only correct the KIPs defined in the hekate code, with any new patch. The next versions will support other KIPs.
  • Many bug fixes

See the  Hekate release page  for more details on Nyx.

  • Support has been added for 8.1.0.
  • Tons of corrections for emuMMC
  • dmnt’s Cheat VM has been extended to add a new debug opcode.
  • The output of Creport has been significantly improved.

See the  Atmosphere release page  for more details.
